Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was contacted by Majestic Benefits by a man posing as a rep of a credit repair company. The whole thing sounded good but not too good as there was a one time $300.00 fee to get going on my credit repair and to recieve an unsecured Master Card.

2 months went by and I was sent part of a package containing vouchers for travel, grocery coupons and other things that one could get from the newspaper or the internet.

When I did not recieve what I was told by the first man from majestic I was worried and asked the second rep I called if this was a scam she was warm and helpful saying that the mail must have been lost and I would recieve the rest of the package in a few days.

The third call I spoke to a man again that was almost rude but stated that also the mail must have been lost and that I would recieve the banks signature form for my card soon or 2-3 weeks more as well I would recieve a catalog to shop from with my new card!

The form from the bank never arrived after 2 months and the rest of the material has not yet arrived.

Yes people we have been scammed. I my self am on Social Security disability and that 300.00 was 2/3rds of my monthly pay, like I could really afford that.

I will not take no for an answer on getting my and your money back, after all I am on disability what more do I have to do.

My email address is (see link belowe) for those of you who would like to get together and plan how to put this company out of business. has anyone contacted the postmaster general. Does not this action become a federal offense once it has been committed out of the state whwere the company is based?

Please Flood me with your emails, again (see link below)I will get back to you. AND I may take a trip to new york my self if needed be!

I have a phone number of the people handling majestics account if anyone is interested.

Thanks and lets get these idiots.

EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back!

HERE IS WHAT RIP-OFF REPORT SUGGESTS YOU DO:

Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E.

According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days.

If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges.

Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent!

DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!

Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get.

And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state.

Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth.

If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form.

CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.

And good luck Let us know how you do!

Hello again! I am back with an update on Majestic Benefits. my bank has cleared all the NSF's caused by these ripoffs and will not stop there. I filed afidavids on two scam companies (Majestic and CCA) My account was closed and reopened with a positive balance just last week. So far i retrieved all the nsf debits but not the money lost to majestic. My best advise is not to give up unless the bank says so and to repair your credit use your bank. I do not know a reputable source other than that. It is the most humiliating way but will be to your advantage. I had a great need which made me impatient now I have lost more money than the initial until my bank helped and understood the nature of the beast that is out there. So trust who you know not some lame internet company that trains it's employees to conn and steal from people. IMAGINE THAT! TAKING A JOB THAT YOU ARE LITTERALY STEALING DIRECTLY FROM PEOPLES BANK ACCOUONTS. I HOPE THEY ALL SUFFER FROM SLEEP DEPRIVATION TO THE POINT THEY NEED MEDICAL HELP, NOW OR ONE DAY SOON. BE SAFE YALL

I am the one that wrote this report and I am sorry that this site cannot post a phone number for good reasons. If you wish to find out the company that handles Majestic Benefits Finances you will need to contact your banks fraud department or management and on the debit in the bank records there is most likely a phone number of the people you are seeking. My bank has two branches looking to corner these guys and it sounds promising that my funds will be refunded. Be patient and be nice to your bankers as they know how to deal with this situation. Read everything you can on this site as well as there is a lot of leg work you can do to speed this process up and don't quit until you are sure all is well.

Hi, I was able to get my bank to reverse the charges thanks to the advice on this site. Per the guidelines of NACHA, the company must have your signed signature for the withdrawal to be valid. You can check their website to look up the guidelines. I notified my bank and told them that I did not authorize this charge. They sent me some paperwork, I faxed it and they reversed the charges same day. You must notify your bank within 60 days of withdrawal. They may try to hassle you about but don't let up. They know what the laws are for ACH withdrawals and this company does not follow them. CALL YOUR BANK!!!
