Major energy I have been scammed Orangeburg New York
2 salespersons came to my door 2 different times,the first one was from direct energy,promised me that my bill would be much lower than it has been in recent months and promised me that my generation charge would only be 0.058900 and my bill would be around 50.00 a month if that..and if I enroll now for 6months I can cancell at anytime...u know the regular sales pitch,blah,blah,blah,anyway..
the second guy was from Major Energy,and said,that he could lower my bill 20% more than my average bill,so dumby me,I fell for it hook line and sinker....I had gotten my ELECTRIC bill in yesterday,noticed my bill is 122.37 and I was billed by two seperate companies,my regular supplier and Direct Energy...and to top it off,my regular supplier is cheaper than Direct Energy!so now I have to lose more sleep and on MONDAY....call 3 different companies and opt out of crap I shouldnt have opted into in the first place!
