I had booked very expensive tickets to south korea for a holiday trip and my visa was rejected by the korean embassy in india, the usual airline policy is that the tickets are refunded if the visa is rejected in india.
But makemytrip.com refused to refund any money for the tickets and have resorted to delaying tactics.
This is a complete rip off by this online travel website , i suggest that nobody please use these websites and use only airline websites to book their tickets especially for international holiday travel.
