This woman seemed very sincere and informative about her work, over the emails with my consultation, I heard from her promptly, everyday , when she didn't hear fromnme for a while she would even check up on me for services and to see if "all is well" so she built my trust , even though I was skeptical I placed an order for her services , after order was placed the emails started to come less and less, and she made up so many excuses as to why I haven't heard from her , she said work was complete, so I asked her to take a picture of the completed work and send, I never heard from her, so I eventually just quit trying to reach her and I never received my items that I paid hundreds for and NO RESULTS came out of this

Unfortunately, not every client or customer will be happy with services or products provided. I have been serving the magickal community for more than 10 years locally in Georgia, and with plenty of references and public appearances. I am a humble woman, and liked by many many people. I am honest, upfront, and devoted to public service. I do understand that not everyone can or does get the best effort put forward that we strive for as healers and priestesses in our community. This is a tough job sometimes, and as just another human being with a family and children of mine own, sometimes a case gets prolonged, but never abandoned. That never stops our healers in the community for doing our best jobs possible even while juggling family, other work, other clients, and other personal interests.
Items are only mailed to clients that have paid for shipping, have kept in contact, and followed up with. I state in my policies these things and on my blog. I also state that it can take a while to reply to emails especially during peak times of the year, along with the possibilities of emails going into a spam folder. My website has plenty of feedback that shows my validity as a properietor and root worker. I would expect that someone who has any problems, confusions, complaints would come straight to me for answers to handle what needs to be handled. I am very sorry that your situation did not get satisifaction and it has come to this being filed as a public complaint. It's the first one to have been filed in the 7 and a half years that I have been in public business. I wish you well, and hope that you can contact me to clear up any further disappointments.
