Marcadis Singer PA Was sued for $10,000, they are saying it was a balance of $14,000, have paid over $5000 but still owe $13,000 Tampa Florida
I was sued for my girlfriend driving my car and she got in an accident and she was found at fault and it was my car. So I was responsible for paying but I was sued for $10,000. and in the end with attourney fees it ended up being a total of $14,000. I have paid over $5,000 so far and they are telling me I still owe $13,000. How is this possible? They are nothing but rip off artists. I will be paying this until the day I die at this rate. These people need to be stopped.

When you have a judgement, the judgement also usually includes some sort of allowance for Interest if you do not pay it off in a certain amount of time. You have not stated how long this has been, but if this has been over a few years it is possible that the difference comes from the additional interest that was charged.
If you do not have a final copy of the judgement, you need to go to the Clerk of the Court in the County it was filed in to get that. That will have the initial total judgement amount, any payment schedule you agreed to as well as the allowable interest rate that will be assessed.
If they are following the court order for how the payments you are making are getting applied and any additional interest there isn't much you can do now, as the time to bring up those objections was during the hearing or appeal period if it wasn't what you agreed to. If they are not following the order then you may need to take them to court for not following the judgement. If you do this you will need to have all of your documentation for every payment you made and can show you have been abiding by the judgment.
