Paul ,Roland , Clement Francois stole from me my closing money at the bank $ 289.000 my money supposed to used to buy a house together with him in Miramar Florida
He charming me like i never see before show me everything i never see before in love he is a real con artist he was in love with me at the same time with one woman live in Long island New York every two week-end he pay tiket plane for me to meet him in Florida just for two days at the same time he make the other woman to coming every two weeks too tha one week-end for me one for the other women
but we never know each other untill i complain to police
he use my money to pay mortgage for his daugther Natalie francois do home inprovement inside and out her home;
used my money to buy car for his dealer he use my money to open bank account for his son Eddy the prosecutor on my case got all those evidences
you know how he stole the money at the bank he transfer from acct to acct same bank but differant acct.
all the money gone in two weeks i nevr know i find out after 3 months when i ask to pay for my daugther school
bing he left my house never back and one day he promise to give me back some money he want me to go with him at Port Saint Lucie at the auction ,that day he give me black eye punch me on my eye and said never ask me for tha money again that was terrible for me , thank's god i am still a life
if he knows i will prosecut him he will kill me ,because he said to me i got gun if you ask me about tha money i will stick (((redacted)))
my trial was schedule for valantine day that was a four days trial this is why it's Sweet heart swendler that was nice when the Jury find him guilty triple verdict, they ask for 30 years for each crime , Scheme To defraud Felony 1frst degree an twice grant theft my money and the other woman he stole 150.000 he make her refinance her house
and the Judge ask for restitution ten years sentencens State prison
