This guy is a well known criminal and crook. Has has lawsuits and problems with the law in several countries, including Spain where he is from.
He hides under a "shy" shield but he is a true monster.
He owes tax money both in Spain and USA and has been recently involved in a fraudulent real estate transaction that is being investigated by the federal government. He has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from investors and sold the property listed and paid no one.
STAY AWAY from this scam artist. He has defaruded family and friends of a few million dollars using the same tactic: he will always have someone else sign all the documents so if something goes wrong with his scam, he pretends he did not know anything about it. He will usually schedule a trip whenever the time to sign comes and will leave someone with power of attorney to do his business. Then, he will claim he never knew anything about it and run with the money.
HE ALWAYS DOES THE SAME SCAM. TO EVERY ONE.
