Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I hired Kuck and Casablanca Llc to reduce the stress of dealing with a simple immigration application on October 2005 for my wife. They charged $1500 plus INS fees. They gave the case to a careless secretary that refused to do anything of what I was promised on my initial interview with Marisabel Casablanca.

They abandoned the case for over a year arguing that she was too busy.

I sent dozens of emails to everyone in the firm including Casablanca and called many times the firm's office. Every time I was given actitute as if was an iliterate individual and asked for more money.

They managed to complicate the case even more to charge more fees.

After being pay $1500+++ interest, document fees and other arbitrary fees not agreed originally, Casablanca nor any of her associated returned calls or responds to emails

The secretary (they called her paralegal) after a year of sending emails finally was dismissed from the firm and the application sent to INS with all time susceptible documents already expired due to her negligence.

After another year+ of no action by INS and numerous emails and calls I was able to have Casablanca assign Ana Aleman Esq to the case. A few months later after many calls and emails again, she inquire about the application and received an appointment for an interview having less than three weeks notice to it.

I requested an extension to an INS appointment after being unable to contact the assigned attorney Ana Aleman. I followed the process stated by an INS agent Liliana badge 5151. My case was canceled by INS without taking in consideration the certified document proving medical hardship and asking to reschedule the appointment.

Notices and responses to documents were never forwarded to us until late.

I panic and I rehired Casablanca for the appeal on the cancellation paying an additional $850+++. She failed to include all needed documents on the appeal and the appeal was denied.

Even documents regarding the outcome of the appeal were not forwarded to us to be aware. Accidentally I found from the receptionist Lorena that there was a deportation process being started.

As a result of their negligence and poor services, I have to re apply for the whole case at at cost of over $4500 plus exams and new records ..etc and hire additional attorneys to try to stop a deportation order.

In summary, I will recommend anyone to avoid dealing with this firm and any of their associates. Select smaller more reliable attorneys that may have some respect for their clients and the law profession. Kuck and Casablanca specializes on scamming immigrants, their families and treating them like disposable animals.

Sincerely

William
