Complaint Review: Maritzmayer Laboratories - Norcross Georgia

Private Label Nutraceuticals  LLC has issued a subpoena in Superior Court of California Case No. 37-2014-00084467-CU-DF-CTL to the webhost of www.ripoffreport.com to discover the true identity of the author of Report 1212585 posted to www.ripoffreport.com on March 1, 2015 under the user name “Maritzmayer Mayer – Spectator – Norcross Georgia”.  This is notice to the author of the above post of Private Label Nutraceuticals LLC’s subpoena, and provision of a reasonable opportunity to respond.  Alternately, the author of the post may inform Private Label Nutraceuticals LLC directly of their true identity by April 15, 2015 through our attorney, who may be contacted by e mail at [email protected].

Private Label Nutraceuticals, LLC (“PLN”) vehemently denies the false claim that it is using “fake ingredients” in its products.  PLN has issued a subpoena in Case No. 37-2014-00084467-CU-DF-CTL, Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, to the webhost of www.ripoffreport.com to discover the true identity of the author of this anonymous post.  Accordingly, this constitutes notice to the author of the anonymous post that PLN is seeking to determine his or her identity.

PLN has reason to believe that a disgruntled competitor is responsible for this “anonymous” post and the competitor is seeking to gain an unfair competitive advantage by defaming PLN with false claims.  Accordingly, PLN has reported this matter to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and PLN has filed a lawsuit relating to similar false posts.  The lawsuit  can be viewed at the following URL: www.procopio.com/article/private-label-nutraceuticals-llc-and-bjarte-rene.  In light of the ridiculous misstatements and obvious malice reflected by the post, PLN will not respond further except through legal proceedings.

Additionally, this company has sold products to thousands of other companies that marketed them to Americans in the masses.   There's major damage here, and I assure you that these products are all undergoing continuous testing and will continue to get tested going into the future.  

The jury has returned, Private Label Nutraceuticals, d/b/a Maritzmayer Laboratories, is a putting fake ingredients into many of the products that they are selling, if not all of them.   Americans are ingesting these products in the masses, many of which have diabetes and are putting themselves at risk of DEATH by ingeting products that have sugar in them. 

Do you think that Bjarte Rene or his executive team cares?   Perhaps you should catch up with Bjarte's #1 sales executive, Kevin Harden, whom is driving around in a white lamborghini in Georgia, frequenting strip clubs regularly, and living the high life.   

Or perhaps you can catch up with Bjarte Rene at his house in Aspen, or his $4M+ home in Rancho Santa Fe, California.  

Better yet, you might want to catch up with Bjarte Rene with his new Vice President of Sales, Brian Hamilton, whom is driving around in a brand new Porche...all through ill-gotten gains by scamming millions of Americans every day of the week.

And you would think that this crew would stop given the fact that they have now been sued 2x in the past 12 months for putting fake ingredients in their products; first lawsuit by Activlab and second lawsuit but Heather Schourup, a real consumer that ingested the Maritzmayer "sugar pill".

Go ahead and order products from these guys like many of us have, then have them tested.

It's going to take a team that is resolved to seeing Maritzmayer Laboratories d/b/a Private Label Nutraceuticals, shut down.   That team is in place now and is goign to see that they are brough to justice.
