Greetings Fellow Investors,
I wanted to comment on the way this company operates.This company is not telling you everything when you purchase the software. Its not cheap and they say free upgrades for life. Not True!
This is a market forecasting software that is very unstable and when you need help,get ready. They try and sell you an upgrade saying that they always have to update their software. Version after version just like Microsoft, its a never ending money pit. You have to pay for support for every year you want to use this software.
I call, they want money every time. I don't think this is fair considering how much you paid for the right to use the software. I have listed my complaints below.
1. Prices do not include support.
2. Upgrades/patches every 2 or 3 months.(paid)
3. No helpful support. (No real trading experience,I was told by one of the employees they aren't allowed to use the software.)
4. Once purchased you pay extra for data feed.
5. If you want to return you have a very limited time.
6. You cant sell it or even give it away.
7. Keep you on the hook until you cant get your money back.
My advice would be to take some classes on investing in the stock market and look for market signals yourself. I took classes at my local community college and paid a lot less than I did for the software.WARNING: read the "Terms and Agreement" you'll be glad you did.
