Promotion offered a VIP membership to the Marketer Software program for a 1-time price of $97, and it seems like a great deal. I purchased it as shown below by the transaction in my saved email:

I didn't get around to using the software immediately, but after a couple of months I received a notification that my credit card had been refused and this got my attention. I investigated and found that I had been being charged $97 per month for the months of June and July as well.

On August 16, 2013 I contacted their customer support and indicated that I had only purchased the membership because it was supposed to be a ONE-TIME CHARGE VIP MEMBERSHIP, and that I would NEVER have purchased it if I would have known it was going to be charged to my account monthly. The representative I spoke to (Kim) said that she would close the account and issue credits for the three months I had been charged for (cancellation numbers 213233919, 211985178, and 210804403) for $97.00 each.

On September 26, 2013 I called back and spoke with another customer service representative by the name of Lucas who informed me that the transactions were stuck in "Pending". He said that they had the correct credit card number and that he would find out why they hadn't been processed and call me back himself early the following week. He never called me back.

On October 11, 2013, I call again and spoke with a different Kim to told me that there had been a different Kim that I had spoken to originally who was no longer with the company. She said she was going to see why these transactions were still stuck in pending and would take with the corporate office to force it out of pending abnd cut a check, if necessary.

Today, October 31, 2013, I called again and spoke with Josh who I said that I felt that I had waited what I though was an unreasonable length of time to get this resolved. He put me on hold for a few minutes only to come back to tell me that I would not be receiving my refunds because they were over 6 months old and Anthony Morrison's office would not be giving my money back.

By my count, these transaction are only six months old on November 9, 2013. So, they are even lying about that!

Well, Happy Halloween. What a Ripoff! My advice to anyone is to never do business with these people. They are a true bunch of ripoff artists.
