Marketing Solutions LLC gives you a free website for online shopping commissions, then sells you packages of internet traffic. This is supposed to be QUALITY traffic, the best that you can buy.

On 12/9/05 I purchased $3000 of this Quality traffic only to find out that they were using MYGPT.com (get paid per click on websites), getcheaptraffic.com ($20.00 for the same amount of traffic, mostly proxy hits!), and BUYHITSCHEAP.com (same as GETCHEAPTRAFFIC).

After 3 months of no results, and making many calls to complain, I got a call from Steven James. He informed me that ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED and that I had agreed to give them one year to let them prove themselves. He was correct. On one of the many calls, I had said "okay" when discussing the "you can't lose, 100% money back guarantee" refund policy.

As per the agreement with Marketing Solutions, I was to be refunded the difference of the $3000 minus the sales after 11 months if I sent a letter requesting a refund.

I mailed the certified letter in the timeframe agreed upon and called them to verify that everything was okay with the letter. A woman named Sara got it on 11/22/06 and forwarded it to Steven James in Quality Management.

I have called them over 20 times in the past two months, and Steven James will not return my call. Apparently, he is the only one who can issue a refund (Principle according to BBB).

Since then, I have seen the claims against them on www.ripoffreport.com and realize now that MARKETING SOLUTIONS LLC is a scam.

They have a email address to remain anonymous. The support number on the website is an ADULT CHAT line. All mail goes to a P.O. Box, and they will not give out the mailing address (but the BBB gave me a street address!).

They say they are in a secure building, but according to Maps they share a building with at least 4 other small companies and a charity group.

Marketing Solutions has a bad rating with the BBB in Phoenix, even though they are not a member. Since you are entering a "business agreement", the boiler room salespeople collect your social security number and banking info "for tax purposes". I see this as a VERY dangerous scam at very least.

Yesterday I filed complaints with the Phoenix BBB,Arizona and Florida Attorney General, the FTC, and the IC3 through the FBI website.

Today I will file a complaint with the IRS since that commission money is going somewhere!

Right off the bat, I see 4 other complaints on this website. Maybe a class action would be in order???
