Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Do not sell them anything. I did not listen to people in the industry and now sitting with a sizable AR with slim or non chances to collect.

Leonid is a sales person by nature and could sell you an idea of anything. he will promise you the golden arches and will even show you pictures of them. He will pull up in his Bentley and show you pictures of his 20,000 square foot home. he will take you dinner and pay with platinum amex. he will drink you under the table and will tell you he will sell million or billions of dollars for you. he will drop names of major us players knowing you will never call to ask.

AND then you will be left holding the bag.

I hope you realize how big of a scum the owner of the company is Mr. Leonard Lurye. A cheat, a liar and a thief and stole from the entire industry. If you are in the industry just pick up the phone and call ANYONE in textile industry. He now owes over 2 million to US Manufacturers and tries to blame it on the "War" or the fact that he did not get a message, or that he was out of the country, or that its not his bills or that he has to talk to his accountant and the lowest of them all is that his wife was in an accident.

People that steal from hard working Americans and profit from it and buy 20,000 sq foot homes and Bentleys' and Rolls and Mercedes are scum of the earth. I own a small company that he owes a sizable chunk to and for the fear of completely not payment I would rather not provide my name.

My job was to tell the people yours is to do your due diligence and make an informed decision.

As always Lies lies lies and misspellings. Your regular Leonard.

You have not been in business since 96 but since 99 unless you didn’t file taxes for 3 years :-)

“Vendors that don’t deserve to get paid”. Well if had issues you should have voiced them when you received the goods or when you got paid by your Russian customers for them, and not when it was time to pay. The truth is simple you ran a Ponzi scheme or what they call it no MAIDOFF. You got credit from vendors and sold the goods to your clients in Russia and Ukraine. You got paid by them in full (and most of the times upfront) and then did not pay your vendors. Coming up with excuses like goods didn’t come in time or that you did not get paid, or that Russia is not selling. You then found new losers (like myself) who gave you credit and you sold more goods and got paid again and paid off some of your debt. So in reality you rolled the money for years (just like maidoff) until people started to question your payments and issues. You F’d both vendors and customers. Leaving your debt for customers to pay off and vendors holding you know what in your hand.

Now you are starting a new “Venture” ddc distributors something. And I am assuming a chapter 11 is soon to follow basically leaving all of us with 0 in potential recovery.

Everyone be careful he is starting a new company and will do the same. Probably even with another person so Leonard Lurye name doesn’t show up. As of right now It looks like only 1 company was started and one more has his name on it

Le mar Designs but its registered in Florida so could be a mistake

DDC Distributors Inc. http://www.ddcdistributorsinc.com I would assume others to follow to muddy up the waters.

Again everyone be careful

I Been buying from them for years and now have nothin the past 3-4 years. Just came across this. Honestly feel bad for the guy but he he was very show off and flaunted his money. This industry doesn't build millianares (usually) especially not at his level. I never believed he made all that money just looked like it. Most of his stuff was probably fake or borrowed. Was in his office few times and left with a pot of macaroni on my head. Again nothing against the guy but never trusted him. Can't confirm or deny any info but most things SEEM true.

We ha e been in business since 1996 and yes we have always run a profitable company, the fact that people are jealous of somebody's personal success by telling people about there car or House shows how shallow people think, Yes it is true that we have had hardships this year with our main markets being Eastern Europe, it has been quite difficult, but we are finding ways to make sure that all venders do get paid. A d if you are one of the venders with product that is in superior and don't deserve to get paid because of the quality of your product, you should not be here wasting time. After 18 years in business if we where a fraud, I think people would have found out earlier. I do understand you hiding your name after all why come out when you are a lier and care more about what other people have earned then you have in your pathetic life.

This guy also lies and refuses to pay vendors. I wish I saw this before. I own a small company that has made a deal with this individual and after many broken promisses and lies we finally took legal actions.

i don't care about his reputation but I still have to pay my vendors. I guess I am out of some money but from now on will read ripp off report with every new customer.
