Marlette Homes, Inc. dba Schult Homes has been a RIP-OFF NIGHTMARE
Our experience dealing with this company has been a PAIN since day ONE!! And I am sure it is just beginning. We purchased our triple wide in Oct of 2001!! To start things off the blue prints from the factory were OFF. Too short, so our home would not fit into our basement walls. So now two sectoins of our house hang off the foundation. Which they have done nothing about. It is free hanging and unsupported to this day!!
Our electrical through out the entire home has problems!! Big ones!! The can lights blink on and off about every 2 minutes. Not all of them do it. About 2 in every room. It is nice to have guest over for dinner in our "new house" and the lights blink on and off constantly! We have an outlet in the MAIN hallway we can not use because the fuse blows EVERYTIME we plug something in. Our light bulbs only last about 2 weeks and then burn out~?? They have sent several people over to look at the problem. "LOOK" is the KEY word. They have been over about 4 times to no avail!! Now they will not return my calls after being very rude to me on the phone the last time I called.
Not to mention the fireplace! What a joke! We have a window in the master bedroom the leaks. Everytime it snows, rains, or mists. We live in Montana!! I hate to see what the trim and wood work is going to look like in 2 years.
I would not reccomend this company to anyone. Save your money and build a house!! They "offer" a so called good warrenty HA
