False accident report on Carfax San Jose, California

Trade-in Appraisal reported my 2008 Chryler Pacifica was involved in an car accident in 06/14/2009. I was never in AZ nor in an accident in 2009. I wish to dispute this report and need your help. I purchase the pacifica 12/28/2008 from Carls Chevolet with 24,000 miles. Previouly a rental car in AZ.
