Marta Rosell Fernandez is a Cuban born indefatigable fighter and champion of the oppressed world wide. She is as willing to stand up with a rare combination of grace and fire to those who use their positions, perceived or otherwise to bully individuals who they feel are in no position to fire back whether the perpetrators of false information are young hackers  or  professional competitors. As a result of her fire and compassion to confront the evil purveyors of phony business domains, self -aggrandizing social media misfits, writers of libelous comments and  buffoons who are so full of the marketing, public relations dictum that they forget it is a man made concept, subject to lies, innuendos and poor critical thinking skills, she intends to make cyber crimes, cyber bullying, copyright infringement and identity theft her areas of specialty in law.

We salute former Adj. Professor Marta Rosell Fernandez, Cultural Anthropologist at  BMCC,CUNY, 2001-2003 and now a law degree candidate for her untiring efforts to confront self appointed individuals whose twisted concept and disregard for the rights of others, including the First Amendment allows them to operate without clearly understanding the consequences; perhaps their insatiable greed for publicity blinds them to the ultimate punishment.

Ms. Rosell Fernandez is a Web designer, former investigative reporter, past officer of leading organizations for women, and producer of the documentary :Battered Women and the Law, shown on Virginias cable channel in 1995. Amongst the professional  degrees she holds that are the subject of envy and posted on the internet as such by a devious competitor and have been declared as not true are an additional  Para-legal Certificate from U.N.L.V. 1995 -96;  a Certificate as Videographer from the Henrico County Cooperative Extension in Virginia, 1993. A New York Real Estate license 67-68; Completion of Airlines Training as a CSA and  Gate Agent for numerous airlines beginning in 1988-2000: Board Member of the Community Centers for Southern Nevada, Team Leader United Way of  Las Vegas, Delegate Culture of Peace Project in Costa Rica funded by Clark County, Nevada. She is former talk show host for Black Focus, sponsored by the former Black American Newspaper, Manhattan Cable, NY. producer and host of People in Motion, on Continental Cable in VA.  She has worked as an extra in two movies, Showgirls and Casino in Las Vegas and worked in theater as a Stage Manager in the production of Desire Under the Elms First all Black Production of Eugene O'Neill's play in New

York and was an administrative assistant to Playwright Ed Bullins, at the height of Off Off Broadway theatre. She is the daughter of  Ernestina Fernandez Torres former singer  and wife of Music Professor Candido Rosell Rosell and was a Debutante presented to society in 1965 sponsored by the Utility Club Of New York.

Ms.Fernandez' attack was prompted by her refusal to be a lackey for self published author Daniel Bruno Sanz who claims in a Huffington Post Report that he was graduated from "Oxford and in another site he is linked with Yale. She believes that he has avoided paying taxes in the United States and that information for a real investigation will be forwarded to the IRS. She believes that by sending books to her home address,and then asking her to mail the books to whomever he designated was an attempt to defraud the U.S. Government by hiding income. The posting of her address and phone number on this site had endangered her mother who died March 26, 2010. Mr. Magedson has been apprised and any future action as a result of this site allowing personal Not business harassment to be posted without evidence or proof that there existed a business relationship could possibly jeopardize the continuation of this type of online business. Ms. Fernandez was ASKED by Mr. Bruno or Bruno Sanz to do him a favor, that he was in Argentina and could he have the books (two boxes sent to her house.) Ms. Fernandez was the caregiver for the 93 -year old mother and agreed to help him with no mention of any time of remuneration. Mr. Bruno who is a known for creating false avatars and uses mail bots, to spam persons in order to sell his book,then had apparently found out she had a PayPal account, and stated he would send the $4.30 that it would cost to ship the books to his designated persons. Ms. Fernandez' who has other friends who are bonafide and genuine authors then advised her that he could "call the publisher "BookSurge" and they will ship the books to any address he designates.

He began to harass her, and she sent emails to him that are not printed on the phony complaint. She made it clear that she was not subservient to him. One day she received a call from someone who called herself Carrie -Ann- (it was subsequently discovered that she is a virtual assistant,one of many he uses in different countries.) to inform Ms.Fernandez that UPS would be coming to pick up the books wherein Ms. Fernandez informed her that she would let her know when that would be possible. Ms. Fernandez then called UPS and had them return one shipment UNOPENED and called Booksurge the publisher and they sent the UPS invoice, and the second box with 13 books was returned. During the ensuing transactions Mr. Bruno left a message on Ms.Fernandez' phone  with the following threat" "MARTA FERNANDEZ GIVE ME MY F******  BOOKS."

That was the definitive insult that prompted Ms. Fernandez to shoot of a letter to a person she perceived as ungracious,rude and evidently accustomed to getting his way via untruths. BookSurge  which as of this writing has become a new company was sent a copy of the emails that Mr.Bruno then sent to the 17 websites that Ms. Fernandez built,to her friends, associates, and family. They had all of the books in their possession at the time Mr.Bruno began his immature game on December 8, 2010. As of April he continues to harass Ms. Fernandez. Law enforcement is apprised. Ms. Fernandez did inform him in a brief email and refused to get into a conversation or back and forth communication with him. One of the receivers of the emails was Attorney Quentin Smith a Prosecutor in Staten Island and a friend of Ms. Fernandez who sent her a copy. At his juncture it is further evidence that Mr.Bruno is on an obsessive rampage,which has included an unknown person at the time who made calls to the number listed to utter " Martha (sic)why are you a racist." The file on the activities that have continued have grown rather large as real investigators defined as those duly licensed by a Municipality, State or Federal Agency continue to gather evidence. Mr. Bruno is being monitored daily going on one of  Ms.Fernandez' sites which is dedicated to women in Jazz.

His vindictiveness is only rivaled by his attempt at getting publicity for himself and attempting to get a list of her contacts which are far and wide to attempt to sell books which do not carry much interest. He also asked her to review his book on Cuba, but she refused because in her opinion being a native Cuban, as well as a cultural anthropologist she questioned statements passed off as facts.
