Back in '05, I had ordered 2 small items totaling $100.00(which wasn't as bad, nonetheless). My AMEX was charged right away. Months went by and nothing...left messages and called often. Got the run around..
Finally I was contacted by the US Attorney of Pa. and eventually received a refund the following year..
So crooked!!!
