Martin Mendoza's House Leveling and Remodeling company did an addition, leveling and remodeling job for me which as of to date is unfinished, the work was shabby, of poor quality and probably unsafe He did not fulfill the contract nor meet deadling as promised.

The floors have a ripple effect rather than level. The sheet rock is separated at the floor, ceiling, and other joints. Electrical outlets were omitted. Hot elictrical wires are left unattached. Outside security lights does not work.

My porch was built over the only outside water faucet. I'm fearful that my dream retirement house may be a death trap since it's so many things left in poor condition.

I have given him many opportunities to rectify the problems but he keep making promises which he never follow through.

He was to furnish all material in the contract. He left the place a dirty paint spilled mess. He announce at the last minute that he did not cover(carpet) the floors and the floors are made of plywood, They are weak which causes every thing to rattle when walked on them. He made no attemp to match the hard wood floor in my living room but used a plywood that was no where near to the same color. He left large cracks and holes in the floors I can only hope that my problem is cosmetic rather than safety.

My contract required that I pay 1/2 of the total cost up front but he'd ask me to give him an advance to buy material as his company had a temporary cash flow problem.
