We hired Donald and Traci Fry to build and make a stamoed concrete patio. On June 21 2015, he arrived and took a $1400 deposit. This guy was a referral from a co worker who used him for a small project. On June 24, he returned and started to build forms for the patio. We were quoted 3 days to complete the project which would include adding gravel to the bedding for support. On the 24th, he wanted the remainder of the funds (initially quoted 3400$), we were hesitant to pay so he said just give him $1380 so he could get the other supplies. This has been the last time we have seen Don Fry. We have attmepted numerous times to call and text and he kept telling us he would be out to finish the project, as hes never built stairs, tamped the dirt, provided gravel etc. The last date he showed for a few minutes on thr 7th of July and the last correspondence we got from him was July 11th. To date we have never heard back regardless of calls and texts demanding our money back. He cashed both of my checks the same day I paid him..I only learned this after the fact. He did not deposit them into a bank account..instead check cashing places. Donald Fry Scammed me out of $2,700 dollars. He drives a white astro van truck with the company name Masonry Restoration. .stating he is licensed and insured and he is neither. Please reach out to me, if you have been scammed I have finally located his real address!
