I had very specific set of simple requests..... In order of priority... 1. Fix staticky radio reception 2. Connect iPhone cable to back of existing unit to enable Apple car play. 3. Install Low profile 12" sub in 8" deep box to fit specific area back of jeep 4. Install & mount amp off the floor. 5. Check "remote start module" on pre existing (WELL WORKING) aftermarket alarm system. 6. EXTEND existing WIRE connections to 4 brand new under glow LED strips. (2 strips @ 48" and 2 strips @ 36" 5050) 1. hard mounted power antenna to the soft top of jeep, radio still doesn't have reception and my soft top is now wired to the jeep. 2. Did not install proper cord for iPhone. Took me 10 minutes once I got the proper cord. 3. Installed 10" sub that was NOT a low profile speaker in an oversized "custom" box that blocks fundamental storage area. (However, it sounds decent, it is not my desire. 4. Mounted amp off the floor correctly. 5. Installed a *NEW* Viper alarm system to the old siren and left it unmounted and hanging by cords. Removed current working alarm, removed my remote from my key chain along with my other alarm accessories and supposedly "threw them away". 6. Lastly, when all I requested was to extend a few wires.... They decided to relocate and REWIRE the existing LED control box to a hidden, inaccessible location and remove all my new LEDS... Replaced them with dull torn up, weathered and yellowed crappy LED strips that are all 12" SHORTER and do not work!

I am changing my report for the reasons... this does not address every detail, but my hope is to correct what matters
To the extent I am able to fairly do that I would want done for myself....

1. I believe the shop did have 2 separate sets of directions that caused the conflict.
2. Other similar situations with "different directions" have happened.
3. I was not sure  "2 sets of directions" was an issue at the time I rated.
4. I did change out my leds, but to be fair jeep was at more than one shop that week and there were other employees I never knew about, so it's not worth bickering about when other purchases work just fine.

5. Caesars comment below has happened in other situations that.....

"informed her that everything that was done, had been approved by her husband. When husband was questioned by wife, he remained quite, and let us take the blame. More than once."

I apologize for taking so long to address this issue. I have been distracted with many other tasks. I will be updating same information on other complaints.

In Matt's defence, sometimes he's like a kid in the candy store. Any sight of candy sometimes distracts him from other details going on. That doesn't make it "OK" by any means but he should correct that in his complaint too.

Update- 1) discovered my 12V plug wasn't returned. I went to the shop to ask Caesar for it and he said they "threw it away along with my alarm" and would give me a another one they "have laying around" yet I still walked out empty handed. 2) UPDATE for LEDS- I showed Caesar my receipt and pictures of the new LEDS I just purchased and he acted like I'm stupid saying, "Why would I swap your lights?" My guess is for the same reason they kept my 12V plug and alarm.... He expected me to believe my new, longer and brighter LEDS just vanished. 3) Finally I took my jeep to another (much higher rated) audio shop to evaluate and verify. They verified no FM reception, the new alarm equipment is not mounted correctly, just hanging by wires and zip ties, cords are wrapped around my break pedal and the wrong gauge wiring was installed for amp. (picture of that report will be posted)
