Steve and Joann Ward are nothing more than modern day scam artists. Like others who have filed a complaint on this forum, I can tell you they will promise you that they have all kinds of men to set you up with - even go so far as to tell you they will have you engaged and married in just a few months. It is a TOTALLY different story after they get your money. I'm embarrassed to even put down that I spent over $7000 for 6 matches....The only time I ever hear from Steve is if I contact him, at which point he goes through the entire song and dance again, and starts naming off different men he has in mind for me...Then he will have someone from his office contact me with a match (if you could call it that). Forget getting your money back - they will both just belittle you, tell you a thousand things that are wrong with you, etc....Smartest thing is DON"T GET CONNED into giving them a nickel!!! The only service they really provide that other internet sites don't is the background check, and if you met someone you were really interested in I'm sure there is a way to do that for A LOT LESS MONEY

I felt compelled to respond to this report. I joined Master Matchmakers about 16 months ago
and met 3 men with whom I had great dates, but lacked romantic chemistry. My 4th match ended up being "the" match for me and I am loving life! I never thought that I could be this happy
being divorced for the last 4 years. They have helped me find love and my inner child as well. I
have been riding on a cloud and wanted to share my good news. I understand that everyone
has their own stories and experiences, but mine has been truly amazing and I thank the staff
at Master Matchmakers and attribute my happiness to them! I believe you get out of something
as much as you put into it and I joined the service with an open mind and an open heart.
