In january 2011 i went to master transmission which was located off camp bowie in fort worth at the time. I talked to one of the mangers and told them i had a car that needs transmission work done to  it he said sure and charged me $1000 even to fix it. i trusted them because he said they been around for years so i had my car towed to there shop in february 2011.

He asked for half of the money down to know i was serious about having them fix it and bring the rest before they finished. So i gave him half now and he said ill call you when its ready, i came back a few days later to give the rest of the money. I got a call less then 2 weeks saying my car is ready, so when i picked it up they told me i had warranty for 12 months.

I left the shop my car was driving great no problems, then around jan 2012 i stared having problems with my transmission again so called them up but the number was no longer working so i went to they shop   they was no longer at that location either. Luckily i had his personal cell number  so i called it and he answered so i asked is this master transmission? he hesitated to answer my question he  finally replied yes so i told them what happened to my car and he said will look up your info on the computer & will call you back.

Once again no call so i called them back the next day and asked them again  whats your address so i can bring my car to yall my transmission is broken and needs fixing. He gave me the address and had hired a personal tow truck company to have my car towed over to him 01/25/12. I call to confirm my car made it to them and it did i called the transmission shop asked them how long will it take to fix it he said will call you back in 2 weeks when its finish.

2 weeks had passed  and still no call so i end up calling back 3 days after that and asked whats the situaltion on my car  he said where still working on it it will be fixed in 2 more weeks for sure. So i had to rent a car so i can get back and forth to work or i would have lost my job. On feb 17 i had to bring the rental car back i called the shop thinking my car was ready  they told me it still was ready and that they are still working on it.

I had no car again i had to ask a friend to take me to work hopefully my car will be ready this week i called almost every week at least 3 times to check with my car and still got the same sorry answers. Finally feb 28th or 29th  i called them and my car was ready  they said it was fixed they tested it and was ready to go.
 
So when i went to get my car i noticed my grill was missing  and the cord you pull to pop my hood was broke not only that my car was a mess on the inside  i had missing tools and papers scared everywhere. i asked they what happened to my things in the car  they said nothing  and nobody took them but they will look around the shop if they see them. but it questioned me that if your employees didn't take my things then why do you have to search the shop unless your guilty of something? 

at this point i was screwed on getting my things back  so i asked him is my car fixed he said yes and it runs well so i asked him since yall took so long to fix my car  and if it dont work what if my car breaks down in a week or in a few days he said dont worry about it just call us and will fix it  since we took so long. So when i was driving home my car was running fine then when i was just 5 mins away from my house my transmission broke again the same day so i called them and no answered so i left a message and still no call .
 
It took them 2 days to answerer my call  so i told them hey my transmission is messsed up the same day i picked up my car  he told me sorry we cant fix it cause the warranty was used up  and we are not reliable for what happens when you left the shop. So i told them thats not right  you told me   you would fix it since yall took so long and that you said yall tested it and it was fine is answer was still we cant fix it and hung up.    Long story short i paid them $1000 to fix my car it took them a whole month to fix it and when i got it back my car broke the same day and when i asked them to fix they said sorry not our fault

I missed out on getting a better job spend my hard earn money renting a car and now i have nothing   soon maybe even nothing at all.
