matt dunleavy of pyramid investments these guys at pyramid: matt dunleavy; ata zandieh and tony sovinski are either crooks or incompetent business men. I loaned zandieh 10,000 in 2007 and 24,000 in 2010. I won a lawsuit to be .paid the money back. Zandieh is now in contempt of court. Pyramid investment group on torresdale Ave., in Philadelphia is run by three guys who give real estate investment a really bad name;; Ata Zandieh; Matt Dunleavy and Tony Sovinski.
It took two years but I won a law suit against Zandieh who has been in contempt of court.
Steer clear of their false promises and shady business dealings.

I just learned Matt Dunleavy filed a lawsuit against me for slander. I attempted to contact him at Pyramid investments and learned he is no longer affiliated with them. Perhaps that was a wise choice for Mr. Dunleavy.
