Dear Eric,
The reason why I went ahead and filed a chargeback with my credit card company was that I did not receive what was promised from your services. Let me start by saying I have been in business for over 14 years and have used many marketing companies and sources and have never had an issue like this. Prior to contacting my credit card company, I tried to resolve the issue with you amicably. I emailed you multiple times explaining to you that the leads I purchased were not what we agreed to. They were wrong numbers, non-homeowners, and / or clients who inquired over 2 years ago. I understand it’s a numbers game when it comes to leads, however, I am not OK with you selling me one thing and giving me something completely different. After numerous emails and calls without a response and / or a replacement of leads, I was forced to file a chargeback with my credit card company as any consumer in my position would have done the same. It is very disappointing the way you have handled this situation. I have many great business relationships with vendors for years and they would all speak highly of me. I am not in the business of ripping my vendors off. You should also not be in the business of ripping your clients off. Thank you.
