Matt Morton, black belt, Judo instrutor, Hapkido instrutor, Taekwondo instrutor. Marine Sargent. Line driil (military self defence instrutor). Deception, Fraud, Impersonation, Lyeing to authorities within Martial arts community Florrisent, Missouri
This person claims to have multiple black belts in many Martial Arts. Including Judo, Taekwondo, and Hapkido. He claims to have been a self defence instructor in the Marine Corps. He also claims to have achieved the rank of sargent. These have all been proven false.
He has tried to pass-off fake martial arts certificates to unknowing friends and students.
This person claims to have been involved in horoic action while in the Marine Corps. However was never in such a location according to military records. His injuries are more than likely false. Or at least fantasies of granduer.
He has certification forged from In Sun Seo and Ji Han Jae hapkido. Also the Gracie family. As well as Forged certification for judo.

I am Lee Hwe Yul, president of the Republic of Korea Yudo Association. Yudo is the Korean art of Judo. Mr. Morton's following certifications are: 7th degree black belt Yudo. 5th degree black belt Hapkido. 3rd degree black belt Tae Kwon Do. I am aware that Mr. Morton was unknowingly sold false rank certificate in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a false kodokan judo rank certificate. Mr. Morton's report for rip-off complaint is believed to be made by a person in Illinois, USA.
