Matthews And Hawkins represented me against a certain individual, then turned around and represented that same individual against me, it's called a conflict of interest Destin Florida
This law firm represented me against a certain individual, then turned around a few years later and represented that same individual against me. This is a direct conflict of interest according to Florida law, and I have been directed to inform the Florida Bar Association to file a complaint.
Dana Matthews knew personally of this situation and still gave the ok from "upstairs" to go ahead with his representation of the other party, he even went as far as to select a specific attorney, (from his team of about 8-10) with the same first name as my daughter, of what I consider to be another "kick in my Face". Dana Matthews, I think you are unprofessional, inconsiderate, manipulative, you have helped other bastards rip me off during times in my life. I won't cuss you, I'll just always tell the truth, about you, when I'm asked.

conflict of interest. It doesn't matter how long you've been practicing law, where you went to school, or even if you're a "good ol' boy"! Matthews and Hawkins- your not above Florida law, Sloppy work
