I bought a mattress in April 2014 and after 2 weeks reported that it was uncomfortable to Dominic who sold me the mattress. I was told to rotate the mattress weekly so that it broke in evenly. After 3 months I spoke with Ivan and told him that now the mattress was sagging and he said to go online and fill out a warranty claim, or if not, they could send an inspector for $79. I filled out firm took pictures and got approved for mattress only. I asked what about the box spring and was told it was for mattress only. I filled out another firm took more pictures and received a denial for box spring . I wrote explaining that I bought both together as a set for cash and was told by Ivan that the model I bought was discontinued right after I purchased for the same reasons I reported. I explained that due to Attorney General investigations into Mattress One , I would just file a complaint with them. I received an approval for both mattress and box spring. 

I went to Sanford store and again had to deal with Dominic, who said he never received any complaints on my mattress that I was a first. I decided to upgrade to an icool bed. After my store credit of $800, the difference was $500 which getting paid once a month I said I would be back in a week. I was told by Dominic that my warranty would expire by then and I had to do it now. So I did 90 days same as cash with being paid in full in one week. Dominic then said there was a $39 set up fee and $80 exchange fee, which I argued about but got no where, pretty much take it or leave it attitude. Then he was having so called computer issues and said " don't worry, I will take care of it" . I went next day to pick up paper work only to find out Dominic only gave me $620 store credit and my total due was almost $1k. I spoke to Ivan he said he would get it corrected in an hour, well when I went back in an hour he had another excuse and said company would issue the credit and e-mail me. I told him no I wanted the paperwork corrected now, which he said he could not do because printer was broken. I went home and called Ivan and told him to cancel delivery for tomorrow until financing was corrected. Today I received a call from delivery guys saying they will be here in 15 minutes, I told them it was cancelled by Ivan, they said that I would still be charged a $80 fee. RIP off and Liars, do not use this company at all.
