maverick cleaners $1.99 cleaners Six item of clothing dropped off for dry cleaning. Long story short, the items were lost. I have made numerous attempts to contact the owner. He has NEVER attempted to contact me. I plan to pursue the san antonio, Texas
Six item of clothing were left on 8-22-12 to be dry cleaned. They were never returned. I was told the company needed 30 days to locate the missing items. The 30 days was up Oct. 4th, still not items. I have tried at least a dozen time to contact the owner, David Cantu, who has not once attempted to respond.
I intend to file suit in San Antonio small claims court, claiming cost of good, tax, pre-paid dry cleaning charge and any applicable court fees.
