The person making the report was an ex-employee who claimed she was injured on the job. She collected worker's compensation and was ultimately discharged legally by Connecticut law. The accusation in question is false. Local and interstate moves are based on the weight of the shipment. All customers have the legal right to watch the weighing of the moving van before and after loading. All interstate customers receive the federally mandated pamphlet "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move". My company has a terrifc reoutation in Southeastern Connecticut. I would be more than happy to provide a list of references to anyone. We have been in business since 1942 and will continue to provide top, quality service to all our customers.
