I received a letter from my bank that my checking acct. had been overdrawn for over 15 days. I thought this was odd as I had not used this acct. since June. I looked it up and saw an electronic check with their phone number on it. When you call, it immediately says that if you are calling regarding a debit from your acct., leave your name and acct. number and phone number and they will return your call. So I went to the website they give, and they ask for the same thing.

About 3 weeks later, another charge is done. The first one was for $19.95 and the second for $39.95. I immediately called my bank. They investigated and saw this website with all these complaints. It looks like I'm a lucky one as my bank was wonderful and has stopped payment on these charges, closed my acct. and given me back all of my money and overdraft fees. The reason why I didn't originally know I had this debit, is that my bank does not charge an overdraft fee if it goes less than $5.00 negative.
