These three companies are all working together to fraud, intimidate, and frustrate the companies that they sell credit card services to. The sales rep. promises one thing and the company fills out a blank signed contract that says something totally different.

Do not accept the intimidation or the harassment from MBF Leasing. Contact the 'Economic Crimes Unit' within the District Attorney's office, in the area that you conduct your business. This unit specifically goes after white collar crime.

I contacted a lawyer that confirmed that just signing a blank contract, to be filled in later, is fraud. This action is a 'white collar crime', and is not a civil contract dispute matter.

Colorado Statute 18-5-301, "Fraud in effecting sales", very clearly covers this type of fraud and all other states have similar statutes.

Let the law handle these criminals and provide the three of them with the justice that they deserve.

Electronic Payment Systems Has Not Reimbursed Me - changed and forged document with different pricing

CMS, MBF Leasing, and Electronic Payment Systems worked together to sign a lease contract which was taken back to the office in Murray, Utah. It was changed and forged and came back to me a very different document with different pricing than I signed up for. Nearly a couple of months ago, I sent back my credit card processing equipment and electronic check processing equipment to EPS. They called and said they got it back with no further argument, but they still have made no attempt to reimburse me for the equipment that was imcompletely programmed by Capitol Merchant Service (now manager Keith Day is under the name of Acumen Merchant Solutions with same address in Murray). You may contact him to find out if CMS dissolved or if it't name was merely changed. MBF Leasing is still not vacating the fraudulent contract agreement. EPS needs to pay us back, in my case, if I sent back the equipment which I did. Don't let MBF Leasing talk you into paying them.
