LOS CABOS INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, MBM INTERNATIONAL PROJECT ASSAULTED BY CYBER PERPETRATOR
The Los Cabos International Film Festival I, Muriel Anne Metcalfe, have no ownership or management of Los Cabos International Film Festival or MBM International. I am a supporter of the festival and have acted as a local contact/coordinator for the site of the festival during its organizing period.
There is no affiliation and never has been with the creator of the negative report, Tracy Castillo, or her aliases, and MBM or the Festival. There is no connection or has ever been with this individual from MBM International.
All negative information placed on the Rip Off Report Site is placed by Tracy Castillo (using various aliases) often assuming others identities in an attempt to delude and terrify a reader with sensationalized, distorted and false reporting on this project. Since the Rip Off Reports site permits unchecked, unconfirmed, anyone to place anything they wish without regard to slander and libelous statements it has become her venue to perpetrate her malice upon others at will.
I personally strongly believe in the vision of MBM International executives and the significant benefits the festival brings to the film industry, the arts community,

In court documents dated August 23, 2006 in North San Diego County under the Conservatorship of XXX R. Metcalfe, it states that Anne Metcalfe is embroiled in an emotional conflict that renders her inability to maintain objectivity
Anne Metcalfe constantly uses the defense that she is a victim. She will send herself nasty, vile and mean e-mails (which is her personality), and send them off to others as if they were written by someone else (the actual victim).
Anne Metcalfe states in her prior report that she has 1000s of my e-mails (fraudulent), however the e-mail address she maliciously put on the heading of the unauthorized rebuttal has never been mine. The e-mail address account that was similar with no full name was closed October 29th 2008.
Anne Metcalfe will force people to do business with her even though it illegal to do so with her tactics, such as the report by Carolyn R., this last rebuttal by Anne Metcalfe, and the reason why I wrote these reports as Anne Metcalfe, in writing, and phone messages, tired to force me into business with her all the way up to August 2009. You can keep firing her, but she will not stop. I want her to stop contacting me. She cannot be me, have me, or my pocketbook.

She posted that instead of what she agreed to post. I saw it a few minutes ago. She is nor employed by us nor has she ever been. She is supposed to sell sponsorships.

Munchausen Syndrome Serial Bully;
The feigner: when called to account and outwitted, the person instinctively uses the denial - counterattack - feigning victimhood strategy to manipulate everyone present, especially bystanders and those in authority. The most effective method of feigning victimhood is to burst into tears, for most people's instinct is to feel sorry for them, to put their arm round them or offer them a tissue. Feigning victimhood is a favourite tactic of bullies and harassers to evade accountability and sanction. When accused of bullying and harassment, the person immediately turns on the water works and claims they are the one being bullied or harassed - even though there's been no prior mention of being bullied or harassed. It's the fact that this claim appears only after and in response to having been called to account that is revealing.
Feigning victimhood is common to serial bullies and this aspect comes to the fore in most cases once the bully has been held accountable and he or she cannot escape or rely on their support network. The tactic of denial is followed by immediate counterattack followed by feigning victimhood.
The victim: she may intentionally create acts of harassment against herself, eg send herself hate mail or damage her own possessions in an attempt to incriminate a fellow employee, a family member, neighbour, etc. Scheming, cunning, devious, deceptive and manipulative, she will identify her "harasser" and produce circumstantial evidence in support of her claim. She will revel in the attention she gains and use her glib charm to plausibly dismiss any suggestion that she herself may be responsible. However, a background check may reveal that this is not the first time she has had this happen to her.
The mind-poisoner: adept at poisoning peoples' minds by manipulating their perceptions of others, especially against the current target.

I had the pleasure of having a very nice conversation with the people of MBM International. It so happens that I had met them some years back. They are people of kindness and integrity. Their strong ethics, generosity and creativity will take them far.
I wish MBM International and the Los Cabos Film Festival all the best of success in all of their endeavors.
I would like to express my appreciation to the RipOff Report for helping me through this difficult time of release. I would also like to say that I am grateful for this experience, because it brought me to the great place that I am today.

Misrepresentation- Anne Metcalfe

Anne Metcalfe was told by MBM to write a rebuttal and what to put in the heading. For 4 days the rebuttal did not show. Each time she was confronted by the company, she told them that she had written it. Finally, this rebuttal came through and it is NOT what they told her to write.
Anne Metcalfe is not an employee and never has been an employee of MBM International. She is not director/producer/coordinator of the company. This title belongs to someone else. She WAS only selling tickets.
There are reasons behind why MBM cannot write the rebuttal themselves. You can put a little fear into the mixture. Any normal company would respond to all of this, right? There is a reason. You can contact one of the principals of the company, Mary Miller at 310-497-6000.
Anne Metcalfe was also scolded by the company when they found out that she did try to scam someone into real estate using their company name.
Sunchild Familia is I, not we. There are not many clients, there are 0. There are no references unless they were manufactured. There is no evidence of anything unless it was manufactured. There are forensic experts who can identify real e-mails. I contacted one in Los Angeles. There are no attorneys.
Anne Metcalfe is living on someones sofa with no money. She lost the condo she bought with some of the money she stole from me.
One step closer to the gutter where she started out. They call this karma, right?
