Complaint Review: MBM RECORDS/YAN SAQUET - new york New York

The report above is the result of a misunderstanding and the issues that had occurred have been resolved.

I have been and still working with Yan for many years and have always been paid on time.
I live in Miami too... I guess who you are KT and I am gonna kick your a** a**hole...
It is shameful talking like this about Yan and you know it...
You are just trying to destroy them because of your sad and personal experience. You are a frustrated and an ugly person. Just check your poor wife... She has been depressed for many years and because of you as she says... Don't give a sh*t about what this idiot has said, we all know in Miami who is that RAT... You Yan and Mina, you are a great family and all friends and business partners like me are missing you there...

So funny! How certain people can be jealous, Calling Mr And Mrs SAQUET "Bonnie and Clyde" I will say also Mr and Mrs Smith!! Those two are so in love!! They form such a great couple! So Mr Leo from Miami sorry for you if you have a s**t life. Just let people be happy!!!! And try to be happy yourself instead of gossiping on others. I never met such nice and honest couples as Mr and Mrs SAQUET wich I know for more than 15 years!!

It is funny to hear about Yan Saquet again and I'm not surprise by what happened to this employee! Mr and Mrs Yan Saquet lived many years in Miami where they are well known as Bonny & Clyde. They had to leave Miami hastily 4 years ago because of money issues and are totally banished from business over there. Mr Saquet is really not to be trusted and a dishonest person. Good luck with your case and don't give up I am sure you'll find a lot of people who had money problems and bad experience with Yan Saquet. I would suggest to have look in Miami, you'll be shocked by Mr Saquet reputation!

Marietou Konate (MARY KONATE) was an employee of MBM records, a reputable company with a reputable reputation in the music industry for over 15 years, until she came along. Marietou Konate was in US with a tourist visa with no money, no experieces in music business  who was looking for a job when in an effort to help her, she was employed with the
company by it's CEO Yan Saquet. He worked on her visa and she became legal, gave her a job and brought her to her feet. In repayment to Mr.Saquet, his business and his family, Marietou Konate who for shady reasons used "Mary Konate" as her name, sought to destroy the people who helped her.

She daily would report to work late and leave early. She would not follow up on projects, deals and deadlines and cost the company some clients and it's reputation and ultimately money. Clients began complaining about her performance and when she was addressed about it she made no changes. She also used the personal's credit card of Mr Saquet to pay for expenses without the authorisation of the CEO.

The final straw was when due to her suspicious activities, the CEO discovered that his database of business contacts from his days managing celebrated artists to his current clients had been copied, and Marietou Konate was contacting some of the businesses offering her services as the competitor to the company she was still employed by. In order to cover her tracks, she further deleted all emails in the company's mailbox to hide what she had been doing. Upon advise from his attorney,

Mr.Saquet was advised to terminate her and give Marietou Konate a termination letter which included the 'No competition clause' and be paid to leave. Reason for the clause being, she had stolen all the business' operational strategies and contacts and was going to establish the exact duplicate of the company with the information she stole.

She never accepted to sign a basic termination letter and to be payed.

She refused and has been about making attempts to sabotage the reputation of the company and the reputation of the CEO who helped her when she was in need. Marietou Konate (Mary Konate) is currently wanted by the immigration service to be deported and has changed her all her contact information so she cannot be found. This woman is a thief, a
liar and a sabotageur attempting to spoil the reputation of a good company that has had no issues with the law or anyone. She is not to be trusted. Marietou Konate is an ungrateful criminal. 

We truly know that anything she would mention or include in the story would be wrong and invalid and would only be used as a threat and a bribe against MBM Records, in order to collect money off of MBM Records.

MBM Records via NY State makes a lawsuit against Marietou Konate (Mary Konate)  as criminal for stealing business documents and information.

MBM Records paid all their employe on time be carefull about Marietou Konate aka butterfly ( the manipulator)she left the company and stole the company!!! Don't trust her she's trying to do the same bizness as MBM Records, that's why she try to kill MBM reputation. Just to take advantage!!!! MBM Records you're the best!!!!!

This person sent you a report on MBM records, all what she said is untrue, she just try to kill the compagny reputation, she stole the company and try to do the same bizness. The company did everything for her, paid her visa to be able to come in US, introduce her boyfriend to all the mbm clients to get a job,. She is a manipulator!!!!!
