McBride And Son Homes DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON MCBRIDE AND SON HOMES Chesterfield Missouri
I purchased my new $329,000.00 home in the so-called beautiful Bontanical Hts. Nieghborhood in St. Louis, MO, buyers beware! This home has substandard flooring in it and many number of flaws from bad garage pours to cracks in drywall, poor insulation, and the list goes on. When a baby walks across the main level floor everything from the dishes in the cabinet to the refrigerator rattles. Floor boards pop when walking on the upper level and there are unexplainable leaks on the front porch after it rains that their staff says is just my imagination. I think, I probably could have spent this kind of money in East St. Louis and been better off than living in this sham of a house. Everything about my home buying experience with McBride has been substandard and that's being nice.
NEVER AGAIN, AND I WILL SURELY RECOMMEND AGAINST ANYONE PURCHASING A HOME BUILT BY MCBRIDE AND SON.
