Mcdonalds Ripoff BAD!! Birthday party for my 6 year old girl!! Monroe Michigan
Where shall I start ...1st the left over ballons from the party before ours were used for my daughter's party..2nd had to chase girl down to take our food order then she didn't bring the happy meal toys had to hunt her down a 1/2 an hour later to get her to bring the cake out ..she brought the ice cream instead and the kids didn't even get to decorate them ..asked where cake was I got a blank stare and 20 min later here comes the cake.. she served the cake on a cut in half white breakfast platter the foam ones..how sad is that..They usually takw the birthday girl to the display case to pick out her gift..but She never came to get her ..so I did it..had to go hunt this girl down again to tell her what my daughter wanted..Then I asked for the bill and they made us go to the counter to get it..I asked for corp. 1800 number he asked me what was wrong..I told him he said well thats just our standard policy....called 1800 filed the complaint on nov.6 2005 ...I got a 5 dollar gift coupons that had a letter attached saying thanks for your comments for calling the 800 number ..called the number and asked them they asked if I had gotten a respone from the store told them about the coupons .. so they say they will file the complaint to corp headquarters ... even they told me that none of my complaint is a standard procedure..by the way party started at 6pm we left at 9:30pm

I am also from Monroe, Michigan. My opinion of the restaraunts in Monroe is that the one on Telegraph is good, the one on laplaisance is acceptable, however the one on Monroe street is absolutely disgusting. the past two times ive been to the one on monroe street(which was this past summer) one time there were flies everywhere! and the other time the employee that took my order was rubbing her lips with her hand touching her hair and her ears all within 60 seconds then she went to get the fries. These three restaurants have the same owner. You get what you pay for............ I never understood the Mcdonalds Birthday party thing.......
