Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
First - Let say this is NOT a simple case of poor service or human error (I.e. The wrong food, poor communication skills , and overall impatience with the fast food industry. It IS about intentional manipulation of the consumer, by dangling $1000000.00 as an incentive to spend lots of money at the restaurant attempting to win! Yet, knowing it is almost a guarantee the winning game piece will NEVER be recovered.

Second - Granted it may seem trivial to be upset over a GAME! In fact, if that is what this appears to be about, then I have failed in my message. I am not complaining about the game. I am complaining about the manipulation of the customer, with hopes of winning a very nice prize, and then not paying off.

Third - I could spend hours and pages of type explaining the lengths we have one to, to establish the case for which I am making now. Testing the "Online Version" of the game to see how likely a person is to actually win a "Valuable Prize", and NOT just some game download for a cell phone! We discovered a person could make dozens of trips around the Virtual Monopoly Game board, and NEVER land on the winning "property". Yet, if a person was to use the real Non-virtual" game, after only a few trips around the board, the player will have landed on "at least" one of the desired spots on the board.

Fourth - Thus, it means that the software is programmed in such a way as to NOT allow winners to happen nearly as often as the perceived promise by McDonalds. (Of course, they are not "OUTRIGHT LYING", that would be wrong, however, simple deception can be much more effective ... IF DONE WELL!)

Fifth - Finally, it is very disturbing to think that a company that is as large and famous as McDonalds will continue to stoop to such levels in today's marketplace.

To them I say... "C'mon McDonald's, you held out the carrot, now PAY up!" Make it right by all those of us who believed you, and spent much of our hard earned money on your product, with the hopes of winning a prize that is as valuable as was promised.

Thank you. See you at Burger King.

I am frustrated about this game as well. BUT, in fairness to those who play it, it should be noted that I do not eat at McDonalds. You do not have to consume their food to play this game as the previous responder mentioned. You can request game pieces via mail.

This so call game. Anyone who is dumb enough to increase consumption of that type of "food" for the sole purpose of winning a prize deserves what they get. It's as bad as the lady bitching about going to taco bell and not getting the kid's toy. I wonder, do they really think anyone IS stupid enough to run down there and buy a meal just to get a game thing. I guess they do. This is taking the kid's prize one step further.
