McDonald's retaliated against me because I told the manager that all employees should be washing their hands thoroughly when using the restroom.  The manager had been glaring at me and been impolite on a couple of occassions.

Today he filed a false police report and humiliated and embarrassed me in front of other customers.  I just thought that MCDonald's would be more concerned than they are with how they allow employees to handle food.  When I noticed some of the employees returning from the restroom to the kitchen and either did not wash their hands or did not wash them both hands I casually mentioned it to management.

Every since then the manager has had an attitude with me.  Today he walked up to me as I ordered a cup of coffee and started harrassing me like he wanted to start a fight.

He then told me to leave the store or he would call the police.   I left then returned and told him, you do need to call the police I felt that my rights wereb being violated and I needed to file a police report too.  There were other customers in the store some of which asked me to make sure McDonalds saves the video tape, that will prove who is telling the truth.

Which I have done.  If you see someone doing something in a restaurant that could make people sick, would you report it, or remain quiet.  Obviously from my viewpoint, I felt that I did the right thing.  But the manager at McDonald's feels he has a right to retaliate against me.  I feel follow up with a lawsuit, if anyone else has a similar situation, please write to Sapturion, c/o legal department P. What the heck? How do you know that these employes did not wash their hands? Did you stand in the bathroom hour after hour and watch them? Sounds to me you are a trouble maker and the manger is sick and tired of your crap ...good think he kicked you out what a loser

Exactly how did you "notice" this? Unless you were in the restroom with the employee you have no idea what happened in there, let only if they washed one or both hands.

So because you didnt see them wash their hands IN FRONT OF YOU, you feel its perfectly alright to comment. You DO REALIZE that even if they washed their hands IN THE RESTROOM they would STILL have to handle ATLEAST two doorknobs before they ever reach the back. This is WHY there are wash stations IN THE BACK!!!! If the police were threatend to be called, then you were MORE then JUST a passing comment. Odds are that since YOU do not see them in the back washing their hands, you ASSUMED that they DID NOT. But thats a huge problem with the American Consumer. They ASSUME and once they have ASSUMED they THINK it is FACT.

Heres a few FACTS for you. Each and every state has a law called a "shop keep law" which gives the owner or representative of the owner a 100% right to deny service to ANYONE for ANY REASON. This also means that if you are asked to leave and you do not or do as you have and return, they have the RIGHT to have you arrested. Its NO DIFFERENT then you telling someone to leave your home, if they DO NOT you then call the police and have them removed. No business wants to loose a customer, but there comes a point when you have a customer that is nothing but a pain in the a*s. Thats what YOU are. a PITA issue.

Since YOU dont know what happens once they go through that door, EVERYTHING you have done has been based on ASSUMPTION!!! Consumers like you really need to remove your heads from your rump. YOU ASSUME that they are not washing their hands, when in fact they are. But because YOU dont see it, it must not have happend. Well let me be the first to tell you that A LOT of things happen when YOU are not looking. The sun rises and sets without NEEDING YOUR permission to do so. The WORLD rolls on and NO ONE informed you of its ability to do so.

It ALWAYS amazes me how QUICKLY people like you will make a post ranting and putting your opinion out on the web as fact. You DO realize that WHAT you have done can not ONLY get you sued, but it can ALSO get you some criminal time as well. I would warn you about your behaviour but I think I will let McDonalds corporate do that witha nice fat lawsuit. And if you think THEY dont have a leg to stand on, GUESS AGAIN!!!! When you post on the web, you are under the same laws that PRINTED PUBLICATIONS MUST FOLLOW!!! Which means that your spiteful nature is going to cost you even more if McDonalds descides to teach YOU a lesson.
