MCI World Com Wireless ripoff with roaming and credits not credited. They are liars ripoff business from hell Garden City New york
I have been an MCI customer for 2 years and I have had it with them. I had the solutions east agreement which is no roaming from maine to florida. well I live in Nj And Had a plan for Nj. Well for Some Strange Reason I was always roaming while in nj.
When My first bill came It Had charges while in Wayne/pike PA. I never went into Pa and used my Phone. Every month there after I was on the phone calling about my 1,200 dollars in roaming every month on hold listening to annoying music for 3 hours every time. They'd say "but those calls were made from your phone. No s**t But I didn't make them in PA, I made them in jersey. I would have gotten A PA Plan if I was going to use it in Pa All The Time. "
So every Month They would only credit some of the problem not all of it. So now My contract is Finally up and three months have passed. I called a week before My Contract was to end and told them to make a note to have my service turned off the date my contract was over. Do you think that Happened? of course not. I had to call back And Tell them. Now I'm beging charged for a months worh of service that I didn't even use and roaming they refuse to credit and allI want them to do is do their job.
I Don't know how they stay in business. And I Don't know why No one has filed a class action law suit against them yet.
