MCI WORLD COM... Is screwing me and it looks like everyone else too!
Here is the story. I have had an MCI cel phone for about 7 months. I have yet to recieve a bill that accuratly reflects my usage. Tell you the truth I have recieved bill that are ten times the amount I should be paying. In my calling area I accrue long distance charges, roaming, air time, and there toll charges.
So my last bill for the month was 371.00 and the bill berfore that was the same and before that. Yet every time I try to resolve the problem they never fix it. They just tell my it will be a couple days while we send the request in. Well after waiting 45 min to talk to and agent every time and nothing ever get done it is a pain in the a**. One of the time I called the MCI agent VERBALLY ASSAULTED me and hung up on me.
I am so sick and tired of this company. I dont understand how they can run a businees like that. There is much more to my story but I dont have the time to get into details. I strongly warn everyone never to use MCI World COM!!!!!!!!!!They will never help you or fix there problems that they have caused you, they will only insult you.
