WorldCom fails to provide services as promised which results in financial loss by customer.

WorldCom fails to completely install new services that require customer to complete the installations at customers own expense.

WorldCom intentionally participates in billing fraud in which WorldCom has initiates billing before services are provided.

WorldCom has charges monthly recurring charge (MRC) amounts higher than prices quoted to customers.

WorldCom takes an unreasonable number of days to discontinue services and continues to bill for services after services are disconnected.

WorldCom charge punitive penalties when services are discontinued although there is no contract provision permitting those charges.

WorldCom charges user fees, taxes, and other charges for which customer is not liable and/or were not disclosed in its quotations to customers.

WorldCom fail to record payments made by customers and does not applied credits relative to those payments to customer accounts.

WorldCom bills finances charges for which customers are not liable.
