MCV Sales Trading As wristbandconnection They charged my credit card but no goods has been delivered and they do not reply to my email ripoff Internet
I went to a conference and was introduced to this company's product (wristbands). I planned to order some for a community project I was spearheading. However, I decided to make a personal order first, just to test the delivery time etc. I ordered three wristbands on July 13 for which they charged my credit card on July 14, 2007, including overseas shipping.
To date (August 9,2007) I have not received the wristbands. I have written three query emails to the company but to date, no one has responded. I am very disappointed because they were highly recommended and sure enough, their website was quite professional and interactive. What can I do to have this company respond or my money returned?

After reading what "Joy" had written, we already knew it was one of our disgruntled competitors because "she" wrote that she met us at a conference. The only conference we have been to lately was that of the manufacturers of the specialized equipment we use and only those who own the equipment were invited. To date, every wristband company in Houston Texas only exists because of me, Victor Rey, President of Wristband Connection. Fact is this: Wristbands with a message started out of a partnership gone bad and knew nothing about silicone wristbands before Nov. 2005 when we met. Wristbands Now was started by the programmer who worked for us at WWAM and the new programmer of Indian descent who took his place, started a wristband company and we are almost certain it is "24 hour" wristbands who does not ship in 24 hours and has purchased blank wristbands from us apparently because they did not have them in stock and was able to hear about some of future plans by posing a programmers. We have the receipt to prove it too. Joy mentioned she had international shipping and yet, we do not offer such shipping. Why would she have that if she visited us in Houston Tx? Second, we searched our database to be sure we did not somehow make a mistake, but every customer from the date she reported, was shipped. Third, we are open from 9-9pm on most days because of the volume of wristbands we produce and all she had to do was call and yet, we never received such a call. We find it very juvenile that phony reports like this are made by those of you who cannot touch us in this industry. Do you actually think this will help your business in some way? I am fairly certain it is not WWAM because at least they do not act in this way. As for the rest, I do not put it past you and you should what I told you before, "Do what you do best", don't try and copy us. We came upon this "report" purely by accident, but knew it was a great thing for us because you have helped our link relevance and given us an opportunity to share more about our history. Also, we thank you for your honesty about our site and the other great compliments you gave us that are totally true. If ever you have a problem and you have really purchased some of our great products, we ask you call us and it will be resolved immediately. Thank you.
