For more than a year now, I have conducted audits at Medicor as part of a business partnership. With CPAs and lawyers, we have found no legal precedings against Medicor, LLC and the respective officers of the LLC, Richard (d**k) Frost and Joanne Frost. We have multiple letters from CMS/Medicare stating that there is no history of fradulent charges, nor any allegations to such claims. There are currently no liens or legal holds on this company. Furthermore, there are no filings with the SEC in relation to this comapny. Our legal team has not found any red flags.
If you have any documented information backing up the allegations, we would be very interested in obtaining and verifying such documents to help protect my clients from any potential issues with allegations. They are looking to form a partnership as one of their clients and we are just doing our due dilligence.
