This is interesting but now quite pointless because Medisico plc has gone into liquidation owing sigificant sums to legitimate creditors and wiping out the investments of shareholders who believed the Soos fantasy. Those complainants on this site should have come forward with their evidence before and perhaps we may have been able to stop this cancer from spreading. It's too late now, of course.

The rebuttals you see were almost certainly written by Soos himself. Right now it is difficult to find anyone who would want to do business with him or anyone associated with him. But let's be clear, this is not the first time Soos has behaved like this although it may be the occasion with the most serious of effects. Let me list the companies in the United Kingdom that were started up by Soos and at no point filed financial statements with the regulatory body, Companies House. These previous companies were RS Appliances Ltd (1997-1999), Sigma Cold Ltd (2002-2004), Sigma Cryotec Ltd (2003-2006), ASP Foods Ltd (2004-2005), Delitogo Ltd (2004-2009), Bonhoeffer Ltd (2004-2010), 118Shout.com Ltd (2005-2007), Bio Oil plc (2007-2009), Tempsoft Ltd (2008-2010), Freefleet Ltd (2009-2011) and Crystal Medical Ltd, which was started in 2010 and has yet to be shut down. He has also managed to play the same trick in New Zealand where he set up the company Sigmentor Limited in July 2009, changed its name to Crystal Medical Limited in March 2010, which was finally struck off in July 2011 long after he had fled back to the UK.

Now the "game" is on again with a company called Genesis Biomedical Ltd (look at this URL: http://bfc1.squarespace.com/#intro if it is still there by the time you read this). You might also want to watch out for other companies, which are still alive, where he is a Director. These companies are Harley Medics Ltd, Jam Businesskids Ltd, and London College of Aesthetic and Cosmedic Medicine Ltd.

This man has NINE separate registration numbers with Companies House (UK), which may explain why he has not been investigated before. Unfortunately this regulatory body will not follow-up on an individual complaint so I suggest as many readers who have been wronged by this man to contact the regulatory authority or lodge a report with Action Fraud (URL: www.actionfraud.police.uk/).

Medisico has been very supportive, always at the end of the phone for support eve on the weekend. Medisico only functions in the UK. Such report is baseless. In fact defromation of the company based on emotions. From my understanding Medisico has no dealings with USA. As a consumer, I have been impressed with the qaulity of service. ALbeit a young company and as expected may have one or two teeting problems, sales representives have been outstanding with their support. Shocked to read such a horrible review. Many who have had dealings with Medisico in the UK have had nothing but positive comments.

I have been trying to get a refund from Stephen Soos CEO and founder for years. He refuses all communication. I have contacted key staff listed on the Medisico site and they advise not to even have heard of the company Medisico. The previous comment looks very generic. I have details and documentation just as the original complaintant states. Obviously there is some truth as he has complaints with his other two companies on this site as well. Crystal medical and Clinical lasers. Why hasn't he refunded any of those claims? I'm sure they would be willing to update the complaints if he would do so. Do not do business with him or any company affiliated with him! I did verify is is under investigation with the FDA. All you have to do is look on the site under his name.

I find this report filled with holes and reads like a disgruntled consumer. All employees listed on Mediso I website is legitimate. Medisico has been excellent with their service and through out have been supportive. At no point has Medisico been dishonest with their services. I highly reccomend the company to anyone who wishes to enhance their dental practice!
