MedWise Healthcare, operated by Jim Lilly is a disgrace, and I am inviting several organizations to investigate its operations.

First off- it bills itself as a 'patient advocacy group', modeled after non-profits who provide no cost pharmaceuticals to those who cannot afford it. This, it certainly is NOT. Checking with several legit advocacy groups and pharmaceutical reps, after the fact, I was strongly urged me to stay away from them.

Secondly, their methods are patently unethical (if not already infringing on the law) and potential damaging to both those who are sucked into making an initial investment into 'buying' into the program; let alone those very 'patients' which it purports to assist.

Government oversite is necessary here for seveal reasons.

1) Accountability: As example, to prove my point, after being misrepresented to via their very shady marketing tactics, I decided to do a case study test of sorts to test their internal processes, involving a 'patient' who actually needed medication at no cost. The patient went through administrative hoops to get into their 'program', then

contacted me repeatedly upset, due to the company not returning her calls.

2) Internal Operations: There is none to speak of. If there is, it simply doesn't work well. Strange hours, very high turnover.

3) Compensation: An utter joke. I have neve received one cent from their companesation plan- altough I do indeed have at least one 'patient' actually in their program. Incerdible! And when one contacts their office for support- the person who answers the phone (whoever that person is due to turnover) is completely clueless

This place is a sham- and I am personally seeing to it- with several select others, that the appropriate agencies and State Attorney Generals are aware of its operations. Purporting to provide a medical related service, even a volunteer service such as being a mediary or 3rd party in providing free meds, arguably falls under the jurisdiction of several agencies, both Federal and State.

When people's health and money are at stake- this is indefensible!
