My husband and i noticed on september 13 2006 that $21.95 was taken from our bank account without our permission. I called the bank and they gave me a phone number which we called that evening. We were given a confirmation number and a guarantee of our money by September 25, 2006. I have called every day just to make sure we are going to get our money. I have gotten so many different stories and i can barely understand the people i am talking with. The 25th came and passed with no deposit into my account. I called at least 15 times that day getting hung up on every time i called. Finally someone told me they tried to deposit the money in my account and the bank refused, what bank refuses a deposit? Then i spoke with a rep named Julia who said they were extremely back logged with refunds and that my money would there no later then the 27th. It didn't show up. Called today and they told me all managers are out of the country at a meeting and they can't be reached but i will have my refund by the 13th of october. I argued and said i was guaranteed the money in 5-10 days and that time was up. They are very rude and argue with you, won't give you answers and constantly interrupt you when you try to talk.

After reading all of the other reports i am going to my bank on monday to file an unauthorized debit form that way the bank will put the money into my account. What kind of company has no managers, no physical address and doesn' send you any information about there company when you supposedly sign up for it?

I got in touch with the company and they told me the same thing that they told you. I am still waiting on my refund. I have been waiting since Oct. 24. If I do not get my refund I will definately try your way. I am desperate. Thank You.

my name is sonja and i complianed about membership plus. I called Mary Ellen at the following number 877-273-2700, that is the check processing center for membership plus. she called me back today and apologized for the run around i had received and gave me a check number & a postal recei[t, she mailed me a refund check to rectify the situation. any of you that haven't received a refund may want to try to call her.

Sonja, What kind of company has no managers, no physical address and doesn't send any information about their company when you supposedly signed up for it ? ANSWER: A company that engages in FRAUD !!!
