I saw that I had a charge of $21.95 on my bank statement from this Company. I was hung up on numerous times when I started asking questions as to where the charge originated and information as to how they got my bank information.

I had finally spoke with a man named Mark who seemed alot more helpful than anyone else there. I had asked him for the website, and my account name and password. I logged in and they had an activation date of 09/21/2005, an address and phone number that I have not had since then also. I asked Mike when I had signed up for this (which I supposively did when I applied for a PayDay Loan) and he stated that he did not have an exact date, but it had to have been on/around 07/02/2006 as the Terms and Conditions that I supposively signed for stated that if I did not cancel within 7 business days of the free trial then a charge of $21.95 would be charged. I explained to him that I had not applied for a PayDay Loan since mid-June and that I had checked my bank statment and this is the first time they have chared me. He then got his supervisor on the phone who stated that I had called their office too many times asking the same questions and hung up on me.

Now as reviewing My Account on their website I found that I could print off a card for the Roadside Assistance program that I supposively signed up for. I called the Roadside Assistance # of 1-800-745-5791 and gave them the info listed on my card in hopes that they'd have an address for this company of MembershipPlus. The only thing they were able to give me was the name of the Claims department (Nation Safe Drivers, 1108 East Newport Center Drive, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442, 800-338-2680. i called them and asked if they knew who MembershipPlus was. I spoke with a very nice lady there named Maryann, who said she did not know them but the policy was written under: American Premium Warehouse, 233 West Route 59, Nanuet, NY 10943, (p) 845-624-1155. I called American Premium Warehouse, a lady answered the phone stating the name of the company as "Integratel".

When I asked if they were AKA "American Premium Warehouse" she put me on HOLD and then transferred me to a persons voicemail. Matt Gibman. I left a brief message for him asking him to return my call. I then called back that same number and talked to the receptionist again, she seemed a little distraught about my call back and I stated to her that I needed to know who "American Premium Warehouse" is and then asked for the direct # for Matt Gibman, she stated that she had none of that info, she only answers the switchboard and she refused to try and find out for me.

I then went online and did Google searches on all the companies listed above. When I googles Membership+ all I got was reports from this website....I put in American Premium Warehouse...same response...reports from this website <<<< this seems to be some sort of phone company. and same thing for Integratel...reports on this website.... Something fishy is seriously going on with this and something needs to be done. I am looking into contacting some lawyers to see what can be done on this. PLEASE DO MAKE SURE THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR BANK SO THAT MembershipPlus CAN"T KEEP CHARGING YOU. THEY USUALLY CAN PREVENT THE COMPANY FROM CHARGING YOU FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS. Hopefully this helps other people along.....and believe me...I AM NOT DONE MY SEARCH ON THIS...I AM GONNA KEEP DIGGING AND DIGGING AT LEAST until I can get an address for this MembershipPlus company so that I can report to the BBB and Attorney General. I have already made a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.
