After all the hassle and headaches for the past couple of weeks, Menard's has come through for us. We made a couple more calls to them today fully expecting more run arounds but the Manager, Greg, was very apologetic and eager to help us.(I guess he must have gotten tired of listening to me, too) In any case, they had a new washer delivered to the house by the middle of the afternoon.
