Men's Warehouse service was horrible for 4 out of 7 ushers including groom, rightbefore wedding! Patchogue New York
My sister's wedding was just last weekend. Four out of seven ushers that went to pick up their tuxedos, two nights before the wedding, including the groom, all had problems with the fit of their tuxedos. The sleeves came up to everyone's elbows, the jackets were not fitted right, and half the shirts were in ivory, while the other half were in white. One usher did not receive cuff links or buttons, and was forced to pay a twenty dollar late fee, for not returning the next day! He shouldn't have had to pay AT ALL. The other usher who gave it back a day late, did not have to pay, and all they could say was, "hey, that's our policy." It wasn't fair to pick and choose who you can scam into paying you.
If its your policy then make it the policy for everyone. When I called to express my anger, I was hung up on. Please if you're having a wedding, DON'T go to Men's Warehouse to get your tuxedos, at least not the one in patchogue, gateway plaza. It's a big waste of time and money, no refunds were given to these men, who had to waste their own gas money driving back and forth to this store for alterations, a day before this wedding!

If its your policy then make it the policy for everyone. When I called to express my anger, I was hung up on. Please if you're having a wedding, DON'T go to Men's Warehouse to get your tuxedos, at least not the one in patchogue, gateway plaza. It's a big waste of time and money, no refunds were given to these men, who had to waste their own gas money driving back and forth to this store for alterations, a day before this wedding!
