Merchant Credit Guide Member Of American Collectors Assoc RIPOFF Fraudulent Billing And Collection Demands Chicago Illinois
I received a demand letter in the mail from a man by the name of Ken Hughes demanding payment for Spiegle bill that I do not owe. I have never been approached by anyone from Spiegle regarding any funds owed and in fact I have an account with them that was paid and is in good standing. I am at this point refusing to even respond to the letter.
This is not the first time this poor excuse for a collection agency has attempted to collect payment from me for items that were already paid or I never owed in the first place. They harrased me on the phone many times regarding another matter bringing up my children and saying that I was putting my children at risk of what???? I dont know if that is not a threat then I dont know what is.
I will now be reporting them to the goverment and whoever else I can its time to put these hijackers out of business for good. Creating false collections and reporting false information on their victims credit report is so wrong it has to end NOW.
Fellow consumers and bill payers beware of these monsters they will say or do anything to get you to pay bills you dont owe. Don't be bullied by them. Oh and wouldn't sending me demand letters for bills I don't owe with false information wouldnt that knowingly be called mail fraud?
