I have been trying for about 7 months to get my reserve back. Merchant worthy was suppose to pay this in full within 180 days of my account closing. I finally got them to send a check for some of the reserve but I am not going to cash it because it says full amount of reserve. There were no chargebacks on my account and the full amount of the reserve agreement should be paid. After about 100 phone calls over the past 6 months they finally sent a check via mail for $955.00. Even according to the statements they sent me, which they did not send me 2 those add up to over $1296. I thinkk they are hoping I cash the check so that they can say that I agreed that it was paid in full. It is impossible to get in touch with them. If I had an account with them still and had problems I couldnt imagine the crazy long response time. Sent an email with dates and amount paid into reserve 3 days ago, called and left 6-10 messages also along with a few emails. Hopefully they will finally pay me what is owed so I can cash their previous check. You would think that a professional company would at least return calls or keep in contact and let you know what is going on. Maybe I can get a response from ripoff reports. Very unprofessional. I had recommended 4 other companies to this company also the thanks I get is not getting my reserve back almost 1.5 years after my account has been closed.

Do not do business with this company. They advertise on their website that they do high risk merchant accounts. Credit repair is one of the types of services on the website. I called and was transferred to a rude b*****d who sounds like he weighs 300 pounds named Mace. When I asked him about it he rudely said "no thank you". He needs to learn how to speak to customers and be professional. Don't advertise something on your website that you don't offer and then tell customers no thank you when they call.
Of course, as expected, the company MerchantWorthy.com is on RipOffReport for ripping customers off. They also hide behind an internet proxy, hiding their business information. So NO THANK YOU to you! I'm glad I won't be doing business with crooks who rip their clients off.
Robert you also have it wrong so get your facts straight along with your website. You CAN do credit repair and charge clients up front in Florida if you have a 10k SURETY BOND.
You and Mace sound like complete clowns. I called back and called him an a**hole because he if the voice fits, you know the rest.

This merchant claimed to be an educational software provider. What she really does is credit repair. Her clients are billed every month, in advance, which is not legal in Florida. That is called a scam.
Providing a merchant with an account is not a scam. Turning that merchant off when it turns out she lied about her business is not a scam.
She is a flat out liar about not being paid. She cashed our check at an Atlanta Check cashing store.
If she challanges that I will be happy to post the cancelled check on ripoffreport.
After we explained to her that her money had been sent out Fed/Ex and she would have it Monday, she called our offices and cell phones over 250 times.
According to her, she had checked in to a hotel with no funds to pay for her room and wanted us to wire money to the hotel.
If you read the above and come to the conclusion that Merchant Worthy scammed this woman, do yourself and us a favor and do not call us for a merchant account.
However, if you want good servive from a reputable firm, we can provide that. We will also give you the names and phone numbers of other clients that are satisfied customers.
Regarding her alleged FTC phone call, the reason she is aware of the FTC is because they are the ones who have issued numerous complaints and cease and desist orders to merchants like her in the credit repair business.
